Order Status Definitions

  • Processing: Your order has been confirmed and work has begun.
  • Delivered: Your order has been completed and delivered to you.
  • Revision: You've requested changes to your delivered order.
  • Completed: Your order has been finalized and accepted.
  • Cancelled/Refunded: Your order has been cancelled or refunded.

Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. However, if you're not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Within 24 hours of purchase: If your order has not yet been started, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase.
  • Orders in progress: If your order is already in progress, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Processing time for these refunds may take 7-14 days.
  • Completed orders: Once an order has been marked as completed and you have accepted the delivery, refunds are generally not available unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Please note that for cryptocurrency payments, refunds will be processed in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment, based on the current exchange rate at the time of refund.
