4. Support & Project Data

When a project is completed, we provide a 30-day support window to solve any problem, no matter how small. During this period, we may retain access to your project's staging environments or codebase strictly for the purpose of debugging and ensuring operational stability. Once the support window concludes, we relinquish access unless ongoing maintenance is requested.
