Terms of Service - Creaytic

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this websites particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Services

Creaytic provides digital services including but not limited to web development, design, and branding. Specific deliverables are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Payments & Escrow

We offer flexible payment terms to ensure security and trust for both parties.

We accept Escrow services (such as Upwork, etc.) for projects.

This allows for secure holding of funds until project milestones are met and approved. We are happy to work with platforms that provide mutual protection.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise explicitly agreed, all intellectual property rights in the ongoing project remain with Creaytic until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, rights are transferred to the client as per the project agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Creaytic be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Creaytic's website.
